iSupportCause is a digital fundraising and social impact platform built to help nonprofit organizations, charities, NGOs, advocacy groups, and individuals create awareness campaigns and raise funds online. Organizations can launch fundraising campaigns, petitions, pledge drives, and profile picture campaigns from a single dashboard, giving supporters one place to actively participate in the causes they care about.
Organizations get a centralized dashboard to build campaign pages with descriptions, images, videos, fundraising goals, and progress indicators, then monitor donations and supporter engagement as they come in. Supporters can browse active campaigns, donate securely, sign petitions, take pledges, and share campaigns across social media, while an admin panel with reporting and analytics keeps every organization, user, and donation accounted for.
The Issue At Hand
Many nonprofit organizations relied on multiple disconnected tools for fundraising, petitions, awareness campaigns, and supporter engagement, an approach that increased operational complexity and made campaign management less efficient. Organizations needed a unified way to manage very different campaign types, from Stripe-connected donation drives to viral profile picture overlays, without juggling separate platforms for each.
iSupportCause was built to collapse that fragmented workflow into a single, centralized dashboard. By combining campaign creation, donations, petitions, pledges, supporter engagement, and analytics in one place, organizations of any size can launch a new cause and start collecting support in under five minutes.
A centralized dashboard had to support four distinct campaign types, fundraisers, pledges, petitions, and profile picture campaigns, without the builder feeling different or fragmented from one type to the next.
A four-step campaign builder needed a live preview pane so organizers could see their headline, description, banner, and logo rendered exactly as supporters would see them, before publishing.
A custom overlay creation tool had to let organizers drag, layer, and export a transparent PNG file directly in the browser, with no external design software required.
Secure donation processing needed to connect directly to each organization's own Stripe account, keeping funds and transaction fees transparent at a flat 2.9% rate.
Petitions and pledges needed their own lightweight signature and commitment flows, distinct from donation-based fundraisers but built on the same underlying campaign engine.
Social sharing had to be built into every campaign type by default, since visibility on Facebook and Twitter directly drives a campaign's fundraising and petition results.
A tiered subscription model, Good Deed, Campaigner, and Philanthropist, had to scale campaign limits cleanly as an organization's needs grew, without disrupting campaigns already live.
Real-time reporting and analytics were required so organizations could track donations, supporter counts, and campaign performance without manual reporting.
The interface had to stay fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile, since organizers build campaigns and supporters engage with them from both.
The platform's architecture had to remain secure and scalable enough to support many organizations running concurrent, high-traffic fundraising campaigns at once.
