Straight Answers About What AI Can Do For You
A working developer telling you what is buildable, what it costs to run, and what is not worth doing yet.

We Build This, So We Will Tell You When Not To
Most AI advice comes from people who do not have to build the thing afterwards. We do, which changes the answers. We built our own AI system, BD Automation, to encode agency knowledge and score incoming work, and we have shipped AI features into client products with OpenAI, Claude and Gemini. That experience mostly teaches you what does not work: where a model hallucinates expensively, where a database query would do the job, and where the running cost quietly exceeds the value. A consultation should leave you with a shorter list, not a longer one.
What you get
What a consultation gets you
An honest shortlist
Including the things not worth building yet. That is usually the most valuable part.
Real cost numbers
What it costs per run at your volume, not a vendor’s headline pricing.
A feasibility read
Whether your data is in a state that would support this, which is often the actual blocker.
A first step that is small
Something provable in weeks, so you learn whether it works before committing.
Someone who has shipped this
Advice from a developer who has debugged a hallucinating model in production.
No obligation to build with us
If the answer is that you do not need us, that is a fine outcome.
How a consultation runs.
01

Understand the business
What the work actually is, who does it, and where the time goes. Before any talk of models.
02

Assess feasibility
Whether your data supports it, what accuracy is achievable, and what it would cost to run.
03

Prototype where useful
Sometimes the fastest way to answer a question is to build a small version of it.
04

Roadmap
A written sequence with costs, starting small enough to prove or disprove quickly.
Technologies we use
The stack we reach for most on this kind of work. Every one of these has shipped on delivered client work.
