One Codebase, Both Stores, and Someone Who Handles the Release

Most agencies can build a screen. The parts that stall a mobile project are the ones after that: app store review, push notifications, offline behaviour, and keeping one codebase working across two platforms as they diverge. We rebuilt the Marijuana Anonymous recovery app in React Native with an EPUB reader for their literature and Firebase behind it. We built Airwafi and the ADFW event app the same way. The apps talk to Laravel or Node APIs, so the mobile client and the web client work against one backend rather than two half-maintained ones.
