Mango Coders is our agency's own official digital flagship portal, engineered and deployed as a high-performance, pixel-perfect showcase of our web and mobile app development expertise. Built with Next.js and Material-UI (MUI), the platform was designed from the ground up in Figma following an exhaustive strategic research phase, then translated into a fluid, universally responsive web experience across every page of the site.
The core architecture was built to solve a common agency bottleneck: content dependency on development cycles. Services, portfolio case studies, technology matrices, active career listings, blogs, and client reviews were decentralized into a single, highly structured JSON configuration file, letting a non-technical super admin or HR manager update text, add portfolio items, or spin up pages without ever touching raw code. The platform also functions as an automated operational hub, unifying enterprise third-party APIs for client consultations, live review tracking, multi-channel recruitment, and modern security protocols.

The Issue At Hand
During the research phase, it was identified that most agency websites tightly coupled content to code, meaning even a minor text change, a new portfolio item, or a job listing required a developer to touch the codebase. This dependency slowed down day-to-day marketing operations and made the site brittle to maintain as the agency's offerings grew.
Research showed that scripts like Calendly, Crisp Chat, Clutch, and reCAPTCHA are notorious for destroying Core Web Vitals due to heavy external network payloads, meaning a feature-rich agency site would normally have to trade away its performance scores to get the integrations it needed.
Further analysis revealed the need for a relational content structure that could live inside a single JSON file without a traditional database, alongside the need for automated lifecycle logic, such as job postings that could expire on their own, so HR would never have to manually take down an outdated listing.
Content across services, portfolio, blogs, careers, and reviews was hard-coded, making even small updates dependent on a developer touching the codebase
Third-party scripts for booking, chat, and reviews are known to degrade Core Web Vitals, threatening the site's target of a 90+ Lighthouse score
There was no relational database in scope, requiring a schema that could model a multi-page, image-heavy site inside a single JSON structure
Job listings had no built-in lifecycle, risking expired roles staying visible and candidates applying to positions that were already closed
Client inquiries needed to reach the sales team instantly rather than sitting in a shared inbox, without adding a heavy back-end mail server
Client trust signals lived on external platforms like Clutch, Upwork, and Freelancer with no way to surface them live on the site itself
Every public submission form needed protection against spam and bot abuse without adding friction to a genuine visitor's experience

Deliver

The project began with clearing all operational questions regarding the platform's core intent, then moved into deep research on user experience flows, asset requirements, and responsive fluid grid math, all mapped inside Figma before a single line of CSS was written.
Key Activities
Competitive & UX Research
Analyzed competitive agency layouts and mapped user experience flows to establish the structure and tone the platform needed before any design work began.
Asset & Grid Mapping
Mapped responsive fluid grid math and asset requirements inside Figma, ensuring the Material-UI theme parameters would match the designer's intent from day one.
Pixel-Perfect Design Sign-Off
Designed the complete multi-page platform inside Figma with pixel-perfect responsive precision, covering every service, portfolio, and content page ahead of development.
Content Model Planning
Began devising the asset-to-string mapping schema needed to later store the entire platform's content inside a single relational JSON file.
