A successful migration of the Meerath platform from a code-heavy Next.js environment into a highly manageable, pixel-perfect WordPress site. The core goal was to keep the design exactly pixel-perfect while giving the client an easy dashboard to update everything themselves without touching code.
This transition involved custom theme development and strategic component mapping to ensure that every visual element remained consistent with the original high-fidelity design specifications.
Ultimately, this transformation turned a static, developer-dependent infrastructure into a dynamic, marketing-ready powerhouse that empowers the client to scale their operations with total administrative autonomy.

The Issue At Hand
Meerath's original Next.js stack left the client dependent on developers for even minor updates like job postings or color changes, necessitating a more manageable solution. We migrated the site to WordPress to eliminate these bottlenecks, ensuring the pixel-perfect design remained intact while empowering the team to manage content independently.
This transition also preserved their critical Brevo marketing pipeline, allowing them to maintain deep insights into user intent. We achieved this efficiently by pairing reliable tools with smart custom code, keeping the project highly affordable while delivering a premium experience.
Eliminated recurring developer fees by moving the site to a user-friendly WordPress dashboard.
Achieved 100% pixel-perfect design fidelity during the migration from the original Next.js environment.
Centralized all branding and styling into a global system for instant, single-click updates.
Automated content generation for blogs and careers to remove manual page-building overhead.

Before building, we analyzed the existing Next.js architecture and marketing needs. We discovered that Meerath's user-intent tracking for SMS and email pipelines could be handled by mapping WordPress form hooks directly to Brevo's endpoint APIs.
Key Activities
Auditing the Next.js Marketing Stack
Analyzed how Meerath relied heavily on Brevo within their Next.js app to track exactly who was reaching out, why, and what they wanted.
The Native API Discovery
Found that free WordPress form hooks could map natively to Brevo's endpoint APIs, avoiding the cost of a premium third-party connector plugin.
Custom Data Tagging Strategy
Designed a system to pass customized user data tags, like applicant background or contact intent categories, straight into the client's Brevo marketing segments.
