The Prohunt project was a complete rescue, architecture overhaul, and redesign of a premium, multi-layered international hunting booking and e-commerce platform that had been suffering from catastrophic layout breaks, severe mobile responsiveness failures, and fragmented navigation across dozens of regional and product pages. What began as an urgent stabilization effort grew into a full ground-up rebuild, aimed at giving an elite global hunting brand a digital presence that finally matched the caliber of the experiences it sells.
The core objective was to rebuild the digital presence from scratch using Elementor Pro without disrupting years of accumulated SEO equity, resulting in a high-end dual-purpose portal that integrates global hunting package marketing with a full WooCommerce store under one roof. Every regional page, pricing table, and product listing had to migrate cleanly from a broken legacy builder while gaining a modern, consistent visual language across the entire site.

The Issue At Hand
The client's original website, built on the legacy WP Bakery Page Builder, suffered from catastrophic layout structural breaks, severe mobile responsiveness failures, and fragmented navigation across dozens of regional and product pages. As an elite international hunting brand, Prohunt needed a digital presence that matched the caliber of the trips and gear it sells, and the existing site was actively undermining that positioning.
The rebuild had to preserve years of existing content and SEO pathways while introducing a scalable mega menu, a functioning WooCommerce store, and reliable multi-language support, all without disrupting the live booking and sales pipeline the business depended on day to day.
Legacy WP Bakery builder code caused catastrophic layout breaks and severe mobile responsiveness failures across dozens of regional and product pages
Navigation was fragmented across dozens of pages with no unified mega menu structure, making it hard for visitors to find specific hunting packages or shop categories
A dense, multi-country hunting directory needed to coexist with a scalable WooCommerce store on the same platform without either system compromising the other
Hundreds of high-resolution wildlife, map, and product images risked cluttering the backend and stalling page speed if migrated without a clear organizational strategy
Leftover legacy shortcodes needed to be stripped out cleanly without breaking any of the existing content built on top of them
The multilingual framework had underlying code conflicts that were breaking translation continuity across content, forms, and product descriptions
Media-heavy mega menus with embedded video previews threatened First Contentful Paint performance if not deferred or lazy-loaded correctly

Before migrating the broken site, a targeted research and analysis phase was conducted to overcome the project's unique bottlenecks around assets, legacy code, and performance.
Key Activities
Asset Clustering & Content Mapping
Analyzed hundreds of high-resolution wildlife, map, and product images and engineered a strict content management schema, categorizing assets into logical directories before migration. This upfront organization meant every image had a clear home in the new structure before a single file was moved, preventing the backend clutter a careless migration would have caused.
WP Bakery Shortcode Cleanup Strategy
Researched and executed automated database regex queries on a staging environment to cleanly strip out legacy builder artifacts like [vc_row] before injecting clean Elementor markup. Testing this process on staging first meant the live site was never put at risk while the cleanup approach was being refined.
Mega Menu Performance Research
Researched asset deferral models and integrated lazy-loading protocols for menu containers so live images and embedded YouTube previews only load on user interaction. This kept the media-heavy mega menu from dragging down First Contentful Paint scores across the rest of the site.
Multilingual Conflict Diagnosis
Diagnosed underlying code conflicts within the platform's multilingual framework to plan a fix ensuring seamless translation across content, forms, and product descriptions. This diagnosis became the foundation for connecting language rules directly into every part of the site, including the checkout pipeline later in development.
Dual-Engine Architecture Planning
Planned how to bridge a dense informational travel directory covering 15+ countries with a scalable WooCommerce e-commerce ecosystem on one platform. The plan had to ensure neither system slowed the other down as both grew independently over time.

All project done - very good communication and professional work. Adil was very helpful with some additional things which we have aside of the project. No doubt I will hire Adil again for new projects. Thank you.
