TIQS ME is a comprehensive event management platform developed to digitize and streamline the complete event lifecycle for organizers, vendors, suppliers, artists, security teams, and visitors. The platform provides an all-in-one solution for entrance management, accreditation, area access control, cashless payments, vendor management, and real-time event monitoring, replacing what had previously been a fragmented collection of disconnected ticketing, access, and payment systems with a single centralized command center for large-scale public events.
Organizers can pre-register staff, vendors, suppliers, partners, artists, and crew members before the event, with access permissions configured by date, time slot, user role, and restricted area, while security personnel verify credentials in real time using mobile scanning devices or automated kiosks. A fully integrated cashless payment layer supports self-ordering kiosks, mobile POS devices, physical POS terminals, payment cards, digital wallets, and wristband-based payments, all feeding into live reporting dashboards that give organizers immediate visibility into attendance, vendor performance, stock levels, revenue, and access logs throughout the event.

The Issue At Hand
During the requirement analysis phase, it was identified that many large-scale events relied on multiple disconnected systems for ticket validation, accreditation, access control, payments, and reporting. This fragmented approach increased operational complexity, caused long visitor queues, and made it difficult for organizers to monitor event activities in real time.
Research showed that organizers required a single integrated platform capable of managing the complete event lifecycle from visitor entry to vendor operations. It was also discovered that manual accreditation and paper-based access control created security risks and increased staffing requirements.
Further analysis revealed the growing demand for cashless events, where visitors could make purchases using digital wallets, payment cards, or RFID wristbands instead of cash, alongside a need for real-time dashboards so organizers could monitor attendance, vendor sales, inventory levels, and operational performance while the event was in progress.
